This time, Guest House waya has started recruiting staff who can work for a long time aiming to become employees.
Guest house staff is the job of welcoming travelers.

Together with us, we are looking for people who can warmly welcome travelers from all over the world, and staff who can work for a long time with the aim of becoming employees.
<Business description>
waya is a small guesthouse with a maximum capacity of 30 people.
Due to its small size, we ask the staff to do all the work.Working hours are both day and night.
・ Cleaning inside the building
Every day, we clean all rooms and facilities from morning till before check-in to welcome travelers from all over the world.
We manage equipment and perform safety inspections of equipment.
·reception
Please complete the check-in procedure.You can receive fees, get information about the facility, and answer questions from guests.
The first impression is important for everything.Let's convey the charm of Sapporo and the charm of Hokkaido and support the guest's trip with all our might.
More than 70% of waya guests are from abroad.Correspondence in English is required.
・ Reservation management
You will be asked to reply to and manage the reservations and inquiries that come every day.Basic PC skills such as filling out an Excel sheet and managing data are required.
You will be asked to respond to emails and telephones in English.
·bartender
The bar is open from 19:00 to 23:30.Drinks will be provided.
Not only guests but also neighbors come to the bar space.
You will play a role like a "bridge" that connects people.
・ Guidance
There are staff members who live and work for about a month, so please give cleaning guidance to their friends.
There are also staff living from abroad, so explanations in English are required.
・ Event planning
At waya, we organize small events such as hot pot parties once a week and big events such as "waya world night" once a month.You will be responsible for planning and managing these events.
·Others
Not all skills and abilities are required.Some people are good and bad at it.
When hiring, we emphasize a humble attitude, a willingness to work as a team, and a strong desire to grow day by day.

·form:
Part-time job (Appointment to associate employee or full-time employee after trial period.)
・ Salary:
① Part-time job:
Hourly wage 800 yen (The trial period is only XNUMX weeks to XNUMX month for part-time jobs.)
② Associate / regular employee:
Alliance system (A system in which you can self-report your desired salary within the upper limit based on annual goal setting, contribution to the team, etc. You will be asked to present your desired salary during the trial period. After the interview, the final The salary will be decided. * A salary renewal interview will be held every year.)
・ Work schedule:
Shift system (morning shift, night shift, or morning and night shift)
・ Recruitment process:

Supplied (only for moving in Sapporo city)
