English新型コロナウイルスの影響もあり、2021年7月よりシェアハウスとして運営を続けて来ました。シェアハウス期間も、様々な人がwayaに滞在してくださり、宿という形ではありませんでしたが、新たな出会いや交流、そして、また帰ってきたくなる場所として運営を続けることができたと思います。
シェアハウスとして運営をしてくれたメンバー、そして滞在してくださったすべての方にこの場を借りて感謝の気持ちを伝えたいと思います。

2023年4月14日（金）より、満を辞してゲストハウスとしての運営を再開いたします。新たなスタッフである、前田わかなを迎え、ゲストハウスwayaの新たな章が始まります。
これまでwayaに来たことのある人、これから来てくれるであろう新たな出会い。
新型コロナウイルスが完全に終わった訳ではありませんが、再びwayaが世界中からやってくる旅人と地元の人が交わる場所であり、「また会いたい人」が増える、旅人向けのゲストハウスを目指して再スタートします。
コロナ期間中に始めたシェアキッチンは続けつつ、ゲストハウス、そして１階のスペースで飲食店やイベント企画などなどしていく予定です！

Due to the impact of the novel COVID-19 , we have been operating as a share house since July 2021. During the share house period, various people stayed at Waya, and although it was not in the form of a traditional inn, we were able to continue operating as a place for new encounters, interactions, and as a place people want to come back to.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all the members who helped operate Waya as a share house, and to all the guests who stayed with us.
Starting from April 14th, 2023 (Friday), we will proudly reopen as a guest house.
We welcome a new staff member, Wakana Maeda, and a new chapter for Guest House Waya begins.
For those who have visited Waya before and those who will come in the future, we aspire to be a guest house for travelers where people from all over the world can gather and meet again. Although the novel coronavirus is not completely over, we will aim to restart as a guest house for travelers where more people will want to come back and visit.
We will continue our shared kitchen that we started during the coronavirus period, and plan to hold food and beverage events and other events in the first-floor space.
We look forward to your stay and participation in events!
